Domestic Shipment
All orders are processed within 3 working days. Orders are delivered within 10 working days.

Shipping Charges
All shipping are free. We use shiprocket to ship our orders.

Order Tracking
Customers are sent tracking details as soon as order is shipped. Customers can use tracking details to track the orders.

Damages
Amazing Karts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return and Exchange Policy

Order Shipped To India Address:

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 30 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewellery, bags and sunglasses once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.

Easy Online Domestic Returns And Exchanges

We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India. To initiate a reverse pick-up request kindly go to My Order section then navigate to order number you want to generate return request and click on the View Order. Once you click on the View Order the order details page will open and you will be able to see Return button. Click on the Return button to open Return page.  On the Return Page select items you want to return and select reason then click on the Return button. Once your request has been successfully registered, you will receive a reverse-pickup courier AWB number from us. We request you to follow the instructions given below:

Kindly mention the tracking number/AWB number on the return package

  1. Take a copy of the order sheet and circle the product you are returning.
  2. Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it in and all the tags of the product are in place.
  3. Insert the order sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
  4. The reverse pick-up AWB number and the address given below should be mentioned on the top of the parcel.

  2. Once we receive the returned courier at the above warehouse address, we will then Credit the amount in your ‘Wallet’ for the returned order under My Accounts section on the website. You can login and view the credit balance in your account. You can also redeem the amount in your ‘Wallet’ to place your next online order with us.   3. Online orders can be returned within 30 days of order delivery

International Returns

We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at cc@20.198.7.192 within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

We do not accept any damage complaints after 15 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.

Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
